Protection and brand for Peertube instance account

Description

Right now, as by Peertube default, you can find an ActivityPub actor with identifier @peertube@… and follow it.

I've two concerns about this:

  1. The "peertube" uid is not reserved in LDAP so there could be a clash
  2. The account does not have any description/branding

I'm mentioning both in the same ticket because I think we want to resolve the first issue before moving to the second because resolving the first issue MIGHT require changing the instance account identity from "peertube" to something having a protected prefix.
