Description
The version we are running is affected by a bug which results in pipelines hitting a disk quota when multi-step configurations are used, for example here: https://woodie.osgeo.org/repos/30/pipeline/1592/23
An enhancement was included in version 2.0 which should avoid this problem, see: https://github.com/woodpecker-ci/woodpecker/pull/2681
By upgrading (I think it's the agents that need this, but we could upgrade all) we should be fixing this problem

done but still some loose ends in postgis and I think I have osgeo8 woodie-client to upgrade to latest woodie agent but waiting off since it seems to run fine against the woodie-server and the new agent seems to be quirky.
