Description
Logs of Peertube service are full of these kind of logs like these:
023/11/24 21:04:39 [error] 503#503: *69719 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: xxxx
I don't know what they mean but it sounds like an error :)

This ticket is specific to the errors in the logs, the issue about being unable to search some OSGeo peertube accounts is #3036

This may have been a permissions problem.
jsanz said he couldn't comment on his video from a remote mastodon server.
After I logged into admin panel of https://video.osgeo.org/admin/config/edit-custom#basic-configuration
and ticked the box in the "Search" subsection that reads
Allow anonymous to do remote URI/handle search Description: Allow anonymous users to look up remote videos/actors that may not be federated with your instance
He was able to comment on his video.
@strk can you confirm that fixes your issue and close if it does.
