The message with Message-ID: <e4c333ab-19b0-e733-91a6-56b29c941dbe@ec.gc.ca>
sent to SolKatzAward mailing list on May 9 2023 ended up in my spam folder because of:
Authentication-Results: spool.mail.gandi.net; dkim=fail ("body hash did not verify") header.d=ec.gc.ca header.s=selector1 header.b=HdthrUcz; arc=reject ("signature check failed: fail, {[1] = sig:microsoft.com:reject}"); dmarc=fail reason="SPF not aligned (relaxed)" header.from=ec.gc.ca (policy=none); spf=pass (spool.mail.gandi.net: domain of "SRS0=ZnJu=A6=lists.osgeo.org=solkatzaward-bounces@osgeo.org" designates 140.211.15.3 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom="SRS0=ZnJu=A6=lists.osgeo.org=solkatzaward-bounces@osgeo.org"
Needs be configured to deal with DMARC alleviation. See #3011
