Um .. we did not ask for osgeo community project representatives at any point. Not saying it is a bad idea; but if it is something we wish to ask for we can adjust the application process.
For now the best record is the emails on the incubator list.

Opening again as I am confused about the intent here with community projects.
- Community projects do not have direct representation in our organization; they are welcome to form a committee by going through incubation and meeting OSGeo standards.
- The project do have access to some representation, just like any member, by working with the board. Since this is a board initiative.

Changed from Representative to Contact. Will leave there a little bit longer, there are more contacts.

Let me be more clear; this is an official list of folks with authority to representing us as an organization. Do not list people here unless they agree; and ideally have some well defined role; as they may not be content to on the hook in their region for the actions of our origination.
It would hope that the discussion around CRA offers some clarity. This is not about the projects (and having a helpful list of people to contact for our membership); it is about announcing the foundation leadership (in a liability sense).

See https://www.osgeo.org/about/board/
This is an announcement of company leadership.
Each person is listed as VP (for example I am a VP for the GeoTools project.)
In this role am responsible for the actions of the GeoTools project steering committee. Which in turn is responsible for the actions of the committers.
Project policy in keeping with direction from the board (for example introducing code of conduct to show due care for online interactions to minimize osgeo liability for behaviour on our email lists and communication channels).
This forms a chain of responsibility; which defensible in a legal sense.
This is not a handy contract list please do not treat it as such. If you wish to make make a wiki page that may be appropriate?

From the manual original list the following remain on this list
- VP, FDO: Greg Boone
- VP, geomajas: Pieter De Graef
- VP, MapFish: Eric Lemoine
- VP, MapGuide Open Source: Robert Bray
- VP, OSSIM: Mark Lucas
But they are set as OSGeo community see it on contacts on dev
Need a confirmation that those are community projects and not OSGeo Projects to remove the manual entry.

I would like to confirm, but I think it should be a board member.
The way to verify is to check the board decisions in loomio or the email list.
