Just checked and the docker isn't running.
Troubleshooting now.

I have it back up now but I seemed to have to manually start the docker so still need to confirm it will come back on reboot.
Also the systemd-remount-fs service failed. Had to go into /etc/fstab and remark out the line (was doing cloudinit)
