Increase osgeo8 ZFS partition by 1TB

Description
osgeo8 currently has 2.93T of ZFS for lxc containers and VMS of which about 1.4TB is currently allocated to downlad8.osgeo.org (the mirror of download.osgeo.org) and only about 500 GB left unused.
The server has about 8TB total managed by lvm mostly not carved up yet.
I'm going to add another 1TB to the ZFS storage which houses all the containers and VMS. I didn't use all of it since I was thinking we might want different kinds of storage (e.g. one dedicated for containers running docker since zfs is not ideal for docker)

Done I reset the volume to 4096g (was set to 3000g before) so now it's a round 4TB.
