Description
This is needed so Vicky can work on upgrades of wordpress etc (snapshot before upgrade, etc).

Just added Vicky's gpg key and rekeyed all the passwords at https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/password-store/commit/b07143a51318966327d4893e830dffe1eb2d1665
so she should be all set except for OpenVPN access to the servers. That we'll contact osuosl to provide for her, but not critical at this point.
