Permissions on download.osgeo.org for MapGuide project
Tom Fukushima, the MapGuide release manager, just tried to create a directory called "livecd" under /mapguide/ but did not have sufficient permission to do so. Could someone please ensure that designated mapguide release folks have permission to write to the entire mapguide tree, rather than just the releases directory?

The /osgeo/download/mapguide directory was owned by bbray, but with the group set to root instead of users. I have adjusted the group to uses, so anyone in the users group can now update it.
I have also given "tomf" sudo access on upload.osgeo.org (the normal shell machine used for download server updates) so he can fix any other permissions issues himself easily.
