remove download (upload.osgeo.org) from osgeo4 backup routine

Description
Download is already being fully mirrored on download8 (osgeo8 server). So that said if anything goes wrong with osgeo7, download8 is already prepared to take over.
Given that there is no real need for osgeo4 to be backing up download too. Removing it from the rotation will clear up about 1T of space on osgeo4. Right now it only has 1T free space for backup.

Let's close this out and start a new one. I think I had forgotten to close this out.
What error are you getting on failing. I know it fails every once in a while because a qgis file disappears midsyncn and when there is a real failure there is a constant bombarding of emails.
At glance it seems to be working since I see my latest geos releases on https://download8.osgeo.org/geos/?C=M&O=D
At the moment the /backups/rsync-osgeo7-download.sh script on download8 host is failing, according to the mail sent by Cron Daemon, should I file a separate ticket for this problem ? Seems related (I found this ticket by searching for "backup" in the summary)
