Thanks @cvvergara. I don't see any problems in removing the mailing list as the GCI program is archived. If in case, we need to reference any project, it can be done by following ​https://codein.withgoogle.com/archive/.

However, I don't know if removing a mailing list removes the earlier communication as well or not. Such communication might be required in the future.

Lists have been removed, and archives have been kept for any future reference.
