Unable to receive password reset token from OGC on osgeo.org e-mail alias

Hi all,

Due to the new OSGeo membership in OGC, our OGC membership logins have changed. In order for us to access the OGC portal we need to receive a token from the OGC portal.

When I try to do that with my osgeo.org e-mail account, the e-mail is never received. I can receive e-mails from others AFAIK.

Are there any filters enabled for the osgeo.org aliases?

There are no filters enabled for the osgeo.org aliases.

What I can see in the log is that two messages from mail.opengeospatial.org have been greylisted. Usually an email sender host should retry after being greylisted. Perhaps mail.opengeospatial.org doesn't do?

I have now added their server name to

root@osgeo6:/etc/postgrey/whitelist_clients.local

and restarted the service:

/etc/init.d/postfix restart

They may try again, let's see if it helps.

I just tried again, no e-mail received.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

It is now fixed, the message was further blocked by ntua mailserver.
