woodie.osgeo.org is down, the server service piece did not start up.

Not sure if it was my change to chgroups on osgeo8 that caused this or something else

Okay not sure what that was about.

Even restarting the container didn't seem to work or I was too impatient.

But doing a 

su woodie
docker-compose up -d

brought it back.

I'll try to restart the server to rule out an issue with it coming up properly on restart.

okay it's the restart. I think my docker-compose file is not setup right cause the agent always starts up but not the server. I'm eventually going to detangle them so might not be an issue after I do that.
