mailman email size too small for PostGIS users list

I just tried posting a message with 2 smallish map screen shots and it went over the allowed limit.

It's annoying an admin has to approve these.

I think we should up the message size a little bit, especially since we are a Geo foundation. One should expect people to have a few screenshots of maps here and there.

To which mailing list do you refer to? They are all individually managed.

Oh I thought that one was set globally. This is the postgis users list. It's possible strk changed the postgisone cause he despises rich heavy emails. I'll take a look at the config of that.

Postgis users was set to max 200kb. I just upped it to 1000kb, so should be good enough

as a compromise I have changed it to 512kb cause strk is worried about the bandwidth of 1MB to 1000 subscribers.
