osgeo3 something is off

Description
I can't log into any of the osgeo3 containers or do lxc list. It just hangs. I also got some backup failure notices yesterday when osgeo4 tried to back it up.
I wanted to check on the issue of expiring certs for docker.
repo.osgeo.org seems to be working fine though as are limesurvey.osgeo.org and planet.osgeo.org which are all housed on osgeo3.
It's possible its is in the middle of an lxd upgrade, so I'll check on it later today

Server is back up and lxc commands are not hanging anymore.
The certbot renew was failing because I forgot to delete the sites-enabled grasswiki after I had moved it to osgeo8
All seems to be in order at a glance.

Services effected will be repo.osgeo.org, gallery, matrix
wiki and limesurvey have already been moved to osgeo9
