osgeo3 needs a reboot

Getting some strange errors on osgeo3..

e.g. doing things like

lxc list

or

htop
}}

resulting in cannot locate base snap core20: No such file or directory

Containers seem to still be working since I cond do from osgeo9

I'll reboot the server after I've made a backup and moved some of the containers to osgeo9

Just rebooted osgeo3 and that seems to have fixed the broken lxc list commands
