Description
It is not possible to merge the PR 17 from https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/foss4g/video.foss4g.org/
There is a PR 17 that we would like to merge. I can see it when I am not logged in. But when I login I get a 500 Error when I click on the link. https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/foss4g/video.foss4g.org/pulls/17
@jefmcenna should merge the PR 17
- PR 16 is obsolete and can be delited

As best I can tell from the logs, the issue is this one
https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/20621
Which looks like it might be fixed in the latest micro of 1.17.
I'll try to upgrade and see if it fixes it.

okay upgrading didn't fix the issue.
The issue ultimately was because the last upgrade probably didn't tick the Enable Respository Pull Requests in your fork, which might be a new setting I guess
To fix https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/astrid_emde/video.foss4g.org/settings
I went ahead and updated that on your repo and now I can see the pull requests when logged in.
So if any one else runs into the issue. That's the fix to do that on your fork.

I confirm I get a 500 too when I'm logged in, but can see it when I'm not logged in. Very strange.
I'll check the logs in a bit.
