Description
limesurvey is currently at buster, but it's running a pretty new PHP. It has PHP 7.4 and PHP 8.1. I think I might have limesurvey using php 7.4 because of issues I ran into.
At anyway, I'll wait till all elections are over before I fiddle with this one.

Also includes updating to latest limesurvey patch update version 5.4.15+221212 which I just completed
