This is in order to balance the network load on the servers.
osgeo7 network load is too high

no longer needed since osgeo7 bonded nics configuration put in place today.

I'm going to hold off on this for now. Talked with osuosl and looks like we might be able to get more bandwidth for osgeo7. I still would like to distribute the load across the servers more, but would not be as urgent, depending on how the fixes they put in work out.
