GeoForAll option on ldap create

In the page to creat ldap ("why do you need an OSGeo account?") we need to have also the option GeoForAll participation. Also I need to be able to give mantra to those who need to submitt labs or be member of GeoForAll

Okay will add. Do you want to be on the mantra team, or you just need to know the current mantra so you can give to GeoForAll people?

Hi Regina, Yes he wants to be on the mantra list. So the can attend the mails where the title looks like: [OSGeo] Mantra Request: GeoForAll participation

I've added him to mantra distribution list.

I couldn't find sacosta in gitea, so assume sacosta hasn't logged into gitea.

Just need him to log in so I can give him read rights to ​https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/userid-mantra. The mantra code doesn't change often, but when it does, he can read the current one from there.
