Description
I was getting alerts from 2 AM - 4 AM that tracsvn was failing.
Just now I tried to git pull from gitea and failed with an unauthorized. I also couldn't log into gitea.
I suspect these were all a result of tracsvn running out of diskpace.

Added another 100GB to tracsvn disk quota.
That seemed to fix all issues.
