People not getting emails reset notices from osgeo site

Description
This is the second complaint I have seen.

Nick Berman had also complained about the same thing.
On closer inspection, I noticed the website is using PHP mail for sending, so might be blocked by some mail providers. It should be changed to use mail.osgeo.org which I have in place DKIM and other stuff and hopefully that will fix the issue. Have to investigate how to do this in wordpress. The mail plugin it is using doesn't seem to have a specification for mail server aside some commercial offerings.

I suspect this has been resolved since cvvergara changed the email configuration
pushing to next milestone since my contract funds have been used.
