Luís de Sousa cannot login to OSGeo services. His OSGeo userid is lads (email: luis.de.sousa at protonmail.ch)

Has he tried resetting his password with this link? https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/reset

I just triggered a reset to confirm that is working. If he doesn't use it soon, he will have to do another reset.

His email in ldap looks right.
