The code is now fixed, will need a redeploy from ansible to fix it in production

Okay I'll deploy later today. I will also add a note about people should send us a link that actually has their email address on it. We get too many of those- where people give us links with no way to verify their email address. I'll add that later and then deploy.

Haven't deployed yet. Trying to get a handle on the ansible script and also want to spin up a staging on osgeo4 future testing.
