Same problem with foss4g.org

I think the osgeo.org one might be a wildcard cert which I installed to quickly replace the old expired one. I don't think we have any more containers that rely on the wildcard so can probably be removed. I'll double check on it to make sure. I suspect foss4g might be the same story.
