Gitea 1.15.6 came out 3 weeks ago (quite a few security updates). We are on gitea 1.15.4. A lot of security updates are included.
I also want to upgrade from postgresql 10 to postgresql 12.
I'll do a quick test on dev.git.osgeo.org first before attempting on production.

Okay upgraded prod from PostgreSQL 10 to 12. This affects gitea and all the trac instances. Doing a run of analyze now.
