Have gitea proxy direct thru nginx

Gitea has a double proxy.

nginx proxies to tracsvn.lxd (apache service) and the apache proxies to gitea.

Seems unnecessary having an extra hope.

I've changed dev to go direct from nginx -> gitea

and at a glance seems to work. I'll do some more tests and then do the same on production.
