Description

Nextcloud container is currently running Ubuntu 18.04 which comes with PHP 7.2. PHP 7.2 has reached EOL and Nextcloud will not be supporting it after Nextcloud 20. Updating the OS will bring it up to PHP 7.4

I tested process on dev and running in prod now.
