Fix ssh login issue on old-adhoc and old-projects

Description
These being old servers were also impacted by the LetsEncrypt issue
I plan to do same temporary fix as I did with trac.
osgeo6 had a similar issue but an apt update fixed it since it is still in stable release cycle.
