Description

We (Rahul Chauhan and Rajat Shinde) are OSGeo GSoC Administrators but we don't have the administrative rights to the SoC mailing list (​https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/admin/soc). With Nabble not supported anymore, it will be difficult for us to keep track of the past emails to manage GSoC students.
