Move gallery from osgeo4 to osgeo3

Description

I've already notified Brian Hamlin and have started the process.

Main reason is gallery takes up about 800GB and I'm running low on osgeo4 which is used for container backup. osgeo3 has 2 TB left.

Status: new → closed

moved and capped to the following 

1.5TB disk
8 cpus
12 GB RAM

Brian confirmed he can log in and all looks good.
