This is often fixed by a reboot so will be rebooting osgeo3 shortly

Will also run updates since I need to take down the server anyway. Okay rebooting did not fix the issue, but managed to get around it with renaming container deleting old and renaming back to original.
Also ran these updates on osgeo3 before I rebooted it
