@robe If by "taking over" you mean simply being the new admin point of contact for these mailing lists then I am happy to volunteer my email contact for this purpose.
Otherwise I don't know who should take over. I don't know how these mailing lists are hosted and operated nor do I have any keys/credentials to admin these lists.
