OSGeo3, OSGeo4 maintenance - this weekend

Description

OSGeo3 needs a reboot and some OS Updates. It is having similar issue that OSGeo7 had last week.

I plan to do this on Saturday. I don't expect there to be more than 5-10 minutes of downtime.

Services that will be affected will be: 

wiki.osgeo.org
repo.osgeo.org (nexus container)
matrix.osgeo.org
monitor.osgeo.org
a drone-client

I'm going to start the updates now and will close this after I have rebooted the server.
