Changes to OSGeo Oceania Lists

Two changes to our oceania lists, please.

I'd like to rename the current list oceania-board to oceania-board-private.

And I'd like a new list oceania-board that is public.

Hello Alex

I am taking this job of mail handling, so I ask for your patience as this is the first time I will do such a "complicated" task, and I do not want to mess up :-).

I dont see oceania-board here: ​https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo Therefore I assume that is already private

I will rephrase that first task (for my sake of mind):

Change current list name of mail from oceania-board to oceania-board-private, be careful not to lose any mail already in the oceania-board mailing list, keeping the private status of the list

Second task repharsing (also for my sake of mind):

After making sure the first task is correctly completed, create the public oceania-board The list must not contain the messages from the old private version of oceania-board

Please confirm my guess, and both rephrasing while I double check on how to perform this tasks

• Initial subscribers are the same names/emails as the osgeo-board-private
