Description
For OSGeoLive 14 I need to upload the GeoNetwork binary to https://download.osgeo.org/livedvd/data/
I need upload access there or that someone with access upload https://sourceforge.net/projects/geonetwork/files/GeoNetwork_opensource/v3.10.3/geonetwork-install-3.10.3-0.jar there.

I've followed these steps. Now I can connect to the SFTP server, but can't upload to /osgeo/download/livedvd/data/geonetwork folder

It works now after adding me to livedvd group.

Can you have someone on the livedvd team add you to the shell group or confirm who you are. I believe all shell members can add others to shell.
As detailed in this page - https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC_Service_Status#Download
After you have done that, go to this page
https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/edit
and put in your ssh public key in the SSH public key field.
You should then be able to sftp to download.osgeo.org
