Description
After the Spanish meeting in Girona, me and Tyler have been contacted to support the Portuguese community. We have seen that the Brazilian community is already on but there are sufficient motivations to create a different and regional one.
We would like to ask for a mailing list: portugual@…

List created. The "short description" and longer descriptions still need to be set by the administrator, but I'll leave this to Lorenzo since these ought to be in Portugese. I have setup the list with portugese as the defaultl language for the interface.
