QGIS SVN commit account unsubscribed from the list

Description
The email account (svn_qgis at osgeo.org) used to send commit notifications is being repeatedly unsubscribed from the qgis-commit mailing list. This has happened on Feb 6, Mar 6, and today. Each time I have manually subscribed the address to the list to correct the situation.

The reason it is being removed from the mailing list is because the email does not exist.
Add svn_qgis at osgeo.org to Privacy Options > Sender Filters > Non-Member Filters. This will allow svn_gqis to send email to the list but, not have to be a member.
