Looks like Wordpress, and many plugins update automatically.

However the *Advanced Custom Fields PRO* plugin does not:

There is a new version of Advanced Custom Fields PRO available. View version 5.8.7 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To enable updates, please enter your license key on the Updates page. If you don't have a licence key, please see details & pricing.

We should go ahead and purchase this -- can the board approve? and I'll go thru the process of procuring and installing the key.

SAC has an approved budget for 2020, no need to ask the board for this.

This is a $25 (or at most $100) question - options:

1) please contact treasurer@… to pay directly with osgeo credit card 2) pay and obtain license, and email treasurer receipt

See https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/pro/

Key purchased and plugin updated. Can you see if that fixed the issue.

comment:10 by robe, 4 years ago

okay I don't think that fixed the issue either that or there is some cache that needs clearing. Looking into this more.

sorry for causing all this trouble. Finally got the issue fixed following this article

https://zerogravitymarketing.com/updating-to-wordpress-5-3-caused-admin-css-issues/

Was an issue with the roots theme we are using was filtering out all the plugin css.
