Description
https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/ currently states
"to get started as an OSGeo member register yourself on the website."
pointing to https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/create. That should be
"to get started as an OSGeo member add yourself to the members list in the wiki."
pointing to https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Category:OSGeo_Member.
Currently the wiki still doesn't use LDAP.

Do we have any hope of see https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/165 move along?

It is a pain that we do not have a clear answer, and it makes it harder to feel included in our community.
Jeff what is the turn around time to be granted wiki access?

Updated https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/ to document the two lists currently in use.

I like the rewording, but I think it needs approval from the board, will ask.
