Built new lxd container on host.postgis.net using the docker-debian image from osgeo7 and set it as a 1.0 drone agent for dronie.osgeo.org.

upgrade bots on ianna and osgeo7 as well.
still trying to get one working on funtoo but running into somce obstacles with permissions issues.
Debbie I have to build a new docker separate from main debbie.
