The incubator application questionnaire and project evaluation criteria documents links return missing pages.

Can you give where the link is? I need to replicate.

Both documents are missing on the new website ​https://www.osgeo.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

As extra idea I can also create a form that has all the questions of application and submit to the incubator mailing list.

More than those two links were missing,

I just made the ones from that page, but didnt double check the other pages.
