CoC needs a private email
coc@…
That can be used to receive incidents report
Please make administrator of the mail to be Maria Arias (delawen)
After that, we (Maria and me) will be set up a form in the website to report incidents.

- Make a coc@… email list, that is private archive, public send, private subscribers (invite only).
- alias the list as coc@…

I informed Maria to come and verify that that is what CoC needs (she might be sleeping now, so by tomorrow she will answer)

- Postings are archived, and only available to list members
- List membership is under approval by list admins
- There are no list members at this moment
- María is the current only list administrator
- Alias is also created (and checked). Any email to
coc@osgeo.org
will end up as a posting request. - Any posting request (both
coc@osgeo.org
orcoc@lists.osgeo.org
) will trigger proper notifications for to both the sender and the admin. Admin will then decide if she wants to accept, reject, or discard the posting.
@maría, feel free to update the list description, let me know if there's anything else you need.
