Hi Webcom,

while trying to point a friend in Africa to africa.osgeo.org/ I discovered that the page wasn't migrated (maybe there wasn't much content?).

I feel that it would be good to have a related page in drupal pointing to the mailing list ​http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/africa
