Improve package categories — at Version 1

The current installer places the packages into the following categories: 

Commands  (e.g proj utilities, avce00 utility)
Libs (e.g. gdal)
Meta (e.g MapServer)
Web (e.g. MapServer, Apache, MS4W packages)

I would like to change them to: 

Commandline Utilities
Libs
Desktop (e.g. GRASS, QGIS?, uDig?, OpenJump?)
Web (e.g. Apache, MapServer, PHP, MGOS?, Geoserver?)
Web Applications (e.g. Mapbender, OpenLayers, Fusion, and all MS4W packages)

thoughts?

The proposed breakdown is acceptable to me, though the difference between "Web", and "Web Applications" does not seem immediately obvious to me.

The change would presumably be made by ssh'ing into the server and bulk editing the various setup.hint files.
