create ML for Gisquick project

on behalf of Gisquick developers I would like to kindly ask you to set up a mailing list for our project.

Gisquick (1) is an open source geospatial data publishing platform. We have developed it for rapid sharing of our projects created with QGIS.

Recently we entered GSoC as OSGeo Guest project. In the near future we would like become a real OSGeo Community project.
