Add munin to Staging machine

Description
If we're going to hang on to the staging machine for a few more months we should install the munin client on it, and configure webextra to pull it's stats.

munin-node-configure --shell --families=contrib,auto | sh -x
Edit /etc/munin/munin-node.conf
allow ^140\.211\.15\..*$
Still missing apache plugins configuration.

Not sure what staging machine this was but I presume it's defunct.

I just did
sudo apt-get install munin-node, will verify default plugins and attempt to configure the master node on webextra to read the data.
