trac vm right can can spin up a new trac
Objective: Separate OSGeoLive project issues on trac

Trac side done by making a copy of the osgeo env and changing config to link to new database. Apache also done, so new trac instance is now here: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive
I gave admin access to user cvvergara from which further tweaks can be made.
Let's keep this open until cleanup is completed.

Just as note rmaining to do
1) strk has purged all non-live tickets from https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive
Remaining:
2) these are to be cleaned: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/report
3) purge all live tickets and wiki from https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo (I changed the homepage link to point to new osgeolive for anyone looking for where the new osgeolive is
4) OSGeoLive needs to be listed on home page - https://trac.osgeo.org/

When purging tickets and wiki page from osgeo trac instance we should add redirects to the new location. I dunno if there's any trac plugin capable of helping with that.

I've updated the osgeo trac database to set OSGeoLive tickets description to "Moved to <newurl>", and drop all recorded ticket changes there. What's left is still the attachments.

Entry in https://trac.osgeo.org/ also added. It looks like report is also done.

wiki.osgeo.org is a good place for all projects, doesn't really need to be cleaned up IMHO.

I'll close I think I was messed up with too may wikies around
I've created trac_osgeolive PostgreSQL database as a copy of trac_osgeo, now doing the Trac side of things. Finally you'll need to cleanup both sides.
