winnie.postgis.net and postgis.net whitelisted for LDAP

I setup a virtual box deb9 on my server winnie and installed gitea on it to test out the new gitea.

I wanted to setup LDAP as well, but I think winnie.postgis.net IP has to be whitelisted -- 50.78.240.108 similar to what was done for staging.www.osgeo.org.

I think I installed all the LDAP stuff on it already, but can't do any LDAP queries.

While you are at it, I'd like postgis.net (45.58.41.142) whitelisted too. Right now our jenkins instance ​https://debbie.postgis.net is using just built in login, but eventually I'd like to change it to use LDAP.

Please test now, I've added the two IP in ipfilter (under a local GIT repo)

I think it's set. I can do

getend passwd martin

now on winnie's deb9 and can see martin's details. I'll try to log in with gitea next.
