Description

I just noticed our postgis svn to git mirror isn't working. I don't think our bot hooks are working either.

strk thinks it's because curl somehow got uninstalled.

Per noted on - ​https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/3928

Might be related to #2027 work.

I've installed curl on that machine, and confirm things are working again. Martin for the record: 

The following extra packages will be installed:
  libcurl3 libssh2-1
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  curl libcurl3 libssh2-1
